Alex Carapetis

Alex was born in Adelaide and has been playing drums since the age of 11. After studying Jazz at the Adelaide Conservatorium for 1 year in 2000 he made the move to Sydney to further his music career. Alex’s talent on acoustic and electronic drums is confirmed by the high-profile list of Australian artists he has toured and recorded with. The last year has seen Alex touring full-time with Jimmy Barnes in Australia and New Zealand. Other artists include Ian Moss, Diesel, Nathan Cavaleri, Richard Clapton, Charlton Hill, Lotel, Emmanuel Carella (X-tina Aguileras Aus tour) and Teenager (Nick Littlemore from PNAU)
